Fruit Tart
Fruit Tartlet Ingredients – 250 gm Soft flour 1 tbsp. Caster sugar A pinch of salt 125 gm Butter 1 nos Egg 1 – 2 tbsp. Fresh milk Method – Add flour and butter together by using “Rub in method”. Beat egg with milk and sugar together in bowl. Add in flour mixture. Rest ½ hour in freeze before start to roll it into shapes. Line a pie shell with this dough. Dock the crust well with a fork to prevent blistering. Bake for 180 0 c around 10 to 15 minutes. Pastry cream – 250 ml Fresh milk 1 nos Egg 30 gm Custard powder 70 gm Caster sugar 10 gm Cornflour Vanila esen * Add all ingredient into the pot. Boil it with a slow fire until thick.
