 Fruit Salad Fruit Ingredients- You can make a choose from a variety of fruits such: 2 cups cubed fresh pineapple 2 cups strawberries (hulled and sliced) 3 nos kiwi (peeled and sliced) 3 nos bananas (sliced) 2 nos oranges ( peeled and cut into wedges) 1 cup grapes 2 cups Blueberries 2 nos manggo (peeled and cut) 1/2 nos watermelon (peeled and cut) Sauce ingredients- 2/3 cup fresh orange juice 1/3 cup fresh lemon juices 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon grated orange 1/2 teaspoon lemon zests 2-3 tablespoon yogurt 1 teaspoon vanila extract Additional ingredients- Nuts such pistachio, walnut and nib almonds Mint leaves Method- 1. Make a sauce on the stove or just mix it a rooms temperature. 2. Arrange the fruit in a basket, and pour the sauce over them. 3. Mix fruit with sauce till it combine, cover and refrigerate to allow the flavors to meld. Salad yogurt

Bahan: 1 biji epal hijau (didadu tanpa dibuang kulitnya) 1 biji buah oren (ambil isinya) 1/2 biji isi buah naga merah (didadu) 3 biji strawberry (dibelah 4) 1/4 cwn. buah beri biru 1 cwn nanas cube 1 cawan betik (didadu) 1 biji timun (dibuang empulur dan didadu) 1/2 cawan yogurt tanpa lemak 2 camb. madu 1/2 cwn kacang parang panggang Cara menyediakannya: 1.  Satukan semua bahan, tabur sedikit garam dan gaul rata. 2.  Didalam mangkuk berasingan satukan yogurt dan madu dan gaul sebati. 3.  Ketika hendak menghidang baru gaul sebati buahan dengan yogurt dan kacang parang.
